Shipping

  • In stock pieces will be shipped within 3-5 days; 

  • No worries if the piece you fell in love with is out of stock! We can make it to order as our designs are developed and produced locally in Sydney, Australia. Made to order purchases take 4-8 weeks to be shipped; 

The delivery time might change according to the location:

  • Australia: 3-9 business days  

  • New Zealand: 5-12 business days 

  • China: 10-15 business business days 

  • United Kingdom: 8-18 business days 

  • United States: 9-20 business days

Returns 

  • Pebbles by Rox will not be responsible for any shipping cost; 

  • Returns must be notified for a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order.

  • Faulty item can be exchanged or returned once we have clear pictures of the fault. Please send the pictures and your order number to rox@rox.com.au; 

  • Credit notes or refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the pieces back; 

  • All refunds will be issued via the same payment method that were used to complete the purchase.
