Terms and conditions / purchase policy

1.)   Definition 

In these terms and conditions:

“Services” includes any consultations/ bookings/orders or event reservations as advertised or offered on rox.com.au  

“The Website”, “pebblesbyrox.com.au”, “we” or “us” means Rox Gems and Jewellery Pty. Ltd

2.)   GENERAL

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to any purchase of goods or services from pebblesbyrox.com.au

2.2 These terms and conditions may be amended periodically and you will be deemed to have accepted amendments if you use the website after those amendments have been posted.

 

3.)   CONTRACT & PRICE 

3.1 All prices are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.

3.2 Postage costs will be determined via your delivery selection and added to the balance at checkout, in cases where postage costs must be calculated specifically, due to your location or specific requirements, we will provide a customised postage quote/ invoice before the order is finalised/ accepted.

3.3 sale items are only available to registered clients 

3.4 Description of goods, services and prices may be subject to change or correction at any time without notice.  Although we seek to ensure all information is true and correct, we make no representation or warranty as to information being accurate or complete. If we discover an error or mistype, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible and allow you to cancel your order or and obtain a refund if so desired.

3.5 By submitting an order you warrant that:

 *you are over the age of 13

*you are authorised and able to make the payment via the method you have chosen 

*the information you have provided is true and correct, and,

*your purchase is not made for the purpose of commercial resale 

3.6 A contract for purchase is only formed once we have accepted an order by issuing a receipt number/confirmed your order via email or phone

 

4.)   PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made with valid credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, bank issued Debit Card, or PayPal) once payment has been received, we will issue you with receipt of purchase and order confirmation.

5.)   DELIVERY 

5.1 Items for immediate purchase will be dispatched for delivery via your requesting postal service within 2 business days. However sometimes, goods and services can be temporarily or permanently unavailable. In cases where items are out of stock, we will contact you directly with a time-frame for manufacture. Pebblesbyrox.com.au is not liable for any loss arising from delays in delivery or failure to deliver by selected postal service if it is outside of our control.

5.2   Door to door delivery time will depend upon the postal service you have selected at checkout; you will be informed of delivery times when selecting postal service.

5.3 We will not be held responsible for goods damaged during transit unless in the case of improper/negligent packaging.

     6.) REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Should you receive incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange, as appropriate and depending on availability, a goods exchange, credit note or refund. In case of above we will require the goods to be returned to us with proof of purchase before actioning an exchange, credit or refund request. We will consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, when applied for in writing, within 7 days of receipt, but the decision to grant this will be at our discretion.

We cannot issue refunds for change of mind or on items made to order (custom designs)

Any refund issued will be made using your original payment method, or another method, at our discretion.

 

7.)   WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

7.1 We guarantee that goods available for purchase are without defect or manufacturing fault. If manufacturing fault is found to be present when goods are received, prior to being worn, we will replace/repair/refund as appropriate.

7.2 Due to the varying hardness of precious stones and  the malleability of precious metals , we cannot accept responsibility for damage to jewellery sustained whilst being worn, such as dents on the metal or chipped stones,

However, we guarantee the availability of repair services and similar goods, in cases where you have damaged the goods during accidental/ negligent wear.

7.3 Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into or any goods or services purchased or ordered through this website
